3. Products & Digital Delivery
All products sold on fynzousa.com are digital downloads — specifically Elementor template files (.JSON) and accompanying documentation (PDF guides). After a successful purchase:
- You will receive immediate access to download your files from your account dashboard.
- A confirmation email with your download link will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
- Downloads are available for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase.
It is your responsibility to download and back up your files promptly after purchase.
4. License — What You Can and Cannot Do

5. Refund Policy

6. Support

Support does not include custom design work, plugin development, or third-party integrations beyond what is documented in the included PDF guide.

Our templates require WordPress and Elementor (free version) to function. Some templates may recommend optional plugins listed in the documentation. Fynzo Templates is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for WordPress, Elementor, or any third-party plugins. You are responsible for ensuring your hosting environment meets the requirements.
8. Intellectual Property
All template designs, graphics, copy, and documentation created by Fynzo Templates remain our intellectual property. Purchasing a template grants you a license to use it — not ownership of the design itself. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our products is a violation of these terms and applicable copyright law.
Demo images used in template previews are for illustration only and are not included in the download. You must source your own images for use on your website.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our templates are provided "as is." While we take great care in building and testing each template, we do not guarantee that they will be error-free or compatible with every hosting environment, theme, or plugin combination. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party software conflicts, hosting limitations, or user modifications.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fynzo Templates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products — including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
